Now in its third year, Beit Rabban’s middle school, the Chativah, encompasses grades 5-8 with approximately 10 students per grade. Job Description
Beit Rabban seeks a Middle School Team Leader. The person in this administrator position will work closely with the Principal and the Head of School to manage the Chativah. The Middle School Team Leader is a new position, and the right person for this job must have a strong pioneering spirit.
Responsibilities

· Middle School Overnight Trips
· Co-curriculars
· Weekly Sherut (Service Learning)
· Weekly Mentorship (akin to Advisory)
· Weekly Chugim (clubs)
· After-School Enrichment Program

Supervision
The Middle School Team Leader will be directly supervised by the Principal and also work closely with the Head of School. While the Middle School Team Leader will not directly supervise teachers, they will oversee programs that are implemented/taught by teachers, such as Sherut, Mentorship, Chugim, and Co-Curriculars.

2. Hebrew Speaking Preschool Teacher
Job Description
Beit Rabban seeks a full-time preschool teacher to create an immersive Hebrew environment and to hold primary teaching responsibilities with respect to Hebrew. This teacher will work in close partnership with a co-teacher who is primarily responsible to teach English Language Arts. Together, they will be responsible for the academic, emotional, and spiritual growth of their students.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in education.
· Proficiency with the Hebrew language, preferably as a native speaker.
· 2+ Years teaching experience.
· Joyful, energetic, and loving.
· Appreciation of the precious potential for expansive intellectual and emotional growth during preschool years.
· Determined to meet the needs of diverse learners and building on the inherent talents of each child.
· Direct and kind approach to communication with students, colleagues, and parents.
