The Journal of Jewish Day School Leadership is now accepting submissions for our next edition, devoted to the topic of Curriculum Development. This edition, focused primarily on Limudei Kodesh, will try to define what curriculum really is and why it’s important, detail the process of developing curriculum, discuss the connection between curriculum, academic standards, and valuable and reliable assessments, and offer guidance toward implementation of new curriculum or a curriculum development project.
Submissions of 1,500-2,500 words are being accepted by the Journal until January 31. Please email Rabbi Shimshon Gewirtz at sgewirtz@cojds.org with a brief proposal and we will give you feedback.
